Hi all! Well, I took about a week + off because of a spasming trap muscle, but yesterday I got back to it.

Yesterday's workout:
30 min walk/run on the treadmill (2+ miles)

Today's workout:
50 min walk/run on the treadmill (3.66 miles)

I'm not quite to the all running point yet, but I'm not really sure I ever want to get there. Just getting moving is good for me!
