It's Saturday!!

Saturday is a great day if you don't have to work. Maybe today your workout is less intense or you could maybe walk outdoors or at the mall. But you should do something!!!

I just did a 2.5 mile brisk walk with my girlfriend around a local manmade lake. It was quite nice, as the weather finally cleared up this weekend.

Workout 10 of 25

Weights: Incline bench press, reverse grip bent over rows, shoulder press, pullups, close grip bench press, curls, decline reverse crunches.

Time: 1.5hours

Felt really drained in a good way afterward.

I honestly didn't do too much. I don't sleep well when my husband is traveling and I had to get up early after falling asleep not many hours before. I did do a quick walk through and around the mall. Not a window shopping stroll, but a get-in-get-it-done-and-get-out attack hike.

We didn't go skiing today as my daughter had a Girl Scout outing.
